    In general, color temperature is not an indicator of the evaluation of led line lights, but many foreign customers will make a special request because of the use of the environment.

    The commonly used lenses for led line lamps are as follows:

    (1) Silicone lens: The small volume of the silicone lens has high heat resistance and can be reflowed, so it is often used in the LED packaging industry.

    (2) PMMA lens: PMMA lens is a common lens for high-power wall washers that we are talking about today. It is also called “acrylic optical lens” by the industry. Its main feature is that the light transmission performance can reach more than 90%, compared with silica gel. The temperature resistance of the lens is slightly weaker and the operating temperature cannot exceed 80 degrees Celsius.

    (3) PC lens: The PC lens, which is also an optical lens, has a light transmission performance slightly lower than about 10% of the PMMA lens, but its thermal temperature is higher than that of the PMMA lens by more than 45%.

    (4) Glass lens: The glass lens can be said to be one of the above-mentioned high-priced lenses, because the equipment for producing such lenses is quite expensive, although the light transmission performance can reach 97% or more, but everyone knows that the glass material is Fragile material, so the glass lens is rarely used as an optical lens for lighting fixtures.
